As of August 2026, we have permanently and completely deleted our entire multi-year portfolio of HD modules and remasters from ModDB. This was a deliberate, unilateral decision made by our development team. We refuse to host our work on a platform whose administration demonstrated absolute technical incompetence and a total lack of good faith.

When targeted by a toxic group of bad-faith actors, ModDB Support refused to involve qualified software engineers to review the actual execution code. Instead, they chose to act as enablers for cyber-racketeers, leaving us no choice but to completely withdraw our projects to protect our intellectual property from further administrative abuse.

2. The Technical Reality: System Integration vs. Raster Blindness
Our project, Kuroneko Hashimoto, is a modern solution-architecture framework (LEGO-stack) designed to preserve classic gaming history. It utilizes a custom C++ memory-injection launcher (SuiMachine), modern memory hooks, custom LAA (Large Address Aware) executables, and a DX7-to-DX9 API wrapper.

Our opponents (the AvP2 Discord group, including KingKenny and Rotaderp) rely on outdated D3DIM700.DLL workarounds that result in a broken FOV and a stretched 4:3 "fish-eye" aspect ratio. They attempt to allege asset duplication using DTXView—an obsolete tool that is completely blind to modern rendering. DTXView only processes flat, raster diffuse channels. It cannot see alpha channels, specular maps, or the custom Fake PBR/Shader Injection that our DX9 framework activates. In our Clean Split Integrity tests, our package (AVP2PHHD.REZ) delivers dynamic volumetric lighting, while their files remain completely flat.

3. Coordinated Extortion and DMCA System Abuse
The actions taken against our project were never a legitimate copyright dispute; they were a coordinated campaign of financial extortion.

We have fully documented and preserved evidence of an ultimatum sent by an associate of the opposition (user Makuta), explicitly stating: "pay us and we will lift the ban from your mod", directing extortion payments to their PayPal wallet: **********************. This is a textbook case of international financial cybercrime and systemic abuse of the DMCA for criminal racketeering. Furthermore, the user Rotaderp engaged in impersonation fraud, falsely claiming to be an official ModDB administrator and an information security analyst to exert psychological pressure.

4. Global Audience and Independent Infrastructure
Our work has never depended on central platforms. According to verified independent web analytics (Yandex.Metrica), our portal traffic reflects a massive, loyal international user base: over 61% of our active traffic originates from Japan, followed by the United States, Singapore, and Western Europe.

Our entire 60 GB+ R&D portfolio of 10+ HD Modules—including Sacred 1 HD (featuring 9 GB of custom C++ .pak structural frameworks), Earth 2160 HD, Star Trek EF II HD, and the Star Wars Jedi Knight HD lineup—is safe, intact, and completely out of the reach of platform censors.
